RISK OF REPAIR & DIAGNOSIS

1. Repair Risks. Electronic repairs are inherently unpredictable. The Customer acknowledges that a device may be deemed unrepairable or may suffer additional damage during the course of diagnosis or service.

 

2. Pre-existing Condition. If a device arrives with existing damage (e.g., liquid exposure or structural cracks), the Customer accepts that the diagnostic process—including opening the device—may cause these issues to manifest more severely or result in total hardware failure.

PARTS & "NO-FIX" POLICY

Parts: High-quality replacement parts are used. Any specific requests for OEM vs. Aftermarket parts must be noted on the intake form. * 

DATA LOSS RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer is responsible for backing up all data prior to the repair. Itbefixed is not liable for the loss, corruption, or confidentiality of any data, photos, or software stored on the device. While every precaution is taken, hardware failure during repair can lead to permanent data loss.

No-Fix, No-Fee

If the device cannot be repaired, labor fees will be waived (excluding any non-refundable diagnostic or shipping fees previously agreed upon).
